Assistant Commissioner, South Australia Police

With over 30 years of policing experience, Philip has created first-class standards of operational and strategic leadership across diverse portfolio’s in senior management roles and was promoted to Assistant Commissioner in 2015. He drives enduring organisational change and understands and mitigates strategic risk through the application of best practice.

As well as receiving recognition across investigation and project work, he is a recipient of the SAPOL service medal (with clasp), National Medal, National Police Service Medal, and in 2019 was awarded the Australian Police Medal.

Philip’s outstanding academic achievements include two Bachelor of Management degrees (Operations Management; and Marketing), a Graduate Certificate in Applied Management, and a Master of Business Administration.
